We are hiring for Assistant Manager - Design Analysis @ Rajkot
Education : BE / Diploma (Mechanical)
Experience : 5 to 7 Years
Budget: 6-8 CTC
Software:
• Cre-O : Should have worked on part modeling
• PLM: Wind-chill or Team center
• ERP : SAP/ Oracle
Job Purpose : This position is responsible for doing 2D & 3D meshing in hyper mesh, creating analysis decks for optistruct solver. Good understanding of FEA analysis process for farm machinery products.
Key Challenges of the Job :
It requires core competency in doing meshing (2D & 3D), creation of analysis decks by understanding loads and Boundary Conditions acting on the assembly,
Should have sound knowledge of Strength of materials and Machine design.
Project Management Skill is must.
Should be a good team player -interdepartmental relation building.
Worked on PLM/Windchill
3D Modelling & 2D drawing in Creo
Understanding of Driveline component/Assembly –
Gear, Shaft, Bearing, Clutch & Brake, Synchronizer & power flow
GD & T, Tolerance stack-up
DFMEA, DFA, DFS
Gear & Shaft design calculation in Romax / Kisssoft
Understanding of manufacturing process, heat treatment & material of shaft, Gear and other forging & casting component
Understanding of Belt /Chain drive, pulley, Sprockets
Benchmarking/ Reverse Engineering
