Good understanding of FEA analysis process for farm machinery products. Key Challenges of the Job : It requires core competency in doing meshing (2D & 3D), creation of analysis decks by understanding loads and Boundary Conditions acting on the assembly, Should have sound knowledge of Strength of materials and Machine design. Project Management Skill is must. Should be a good team player -interdepartmental relation building.
