Shift: Pure Day Shift (9 AM - 6:30 PM)
Work Schedule: 6 days/week (1 Saturday off/month)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle harassment complaints and provide support to clients.
Respond to client queries via phone and email.
Collaborate with the legal team to resolve issues and provide updates.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and complaints.
Assist clients through onboarding and offer continuous support.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Previous experience in customer support & Tele caller is a plus.
Knowledge of debt management or legal processes is beneficial.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
