Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end to end talent acquisition process, create and implement talent acquisition strategies for hiring Engineers.
• Source and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels and consultants.
• Design strategy and execute the selection procedures. Conducts screening calls and interviews.
• Knowledge of joining formalities and the documentation process for new employees.
• Follow up with the candidate till they are onboard and resolve their queries if any throughout the process.
• Create various recruiting reports, such as daily, weekly, and
monthly submittal interviews, as well as recruiting statistics.
