Coordinate day-to-day operations and maintenance activities across various project
sites.
 Schedule and assign service engineers/technicians for preventive and breakdown
maintenance.
 Preparation of PO for Calibration Gases and coordinate from Order placement till
delivery.
 Raising the PO for spares to factory in the in-house system and coordinate from
Order placement till delivery.
 Raising the PO for service parts (Not to factory) and coordinate from Order
placement till delivery.
 Submission of Invoices in Online Portal.
 Maintain records of service reports, breakdown logs, and preventive maintenance
schedules.
 Ensure timely closure of service calls and maintain customer satisfaction.
 Track spare parts and inventory required for maintenance jobs.
 Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports related to site activities and
equipment performance.
 Coordinate with the procurement and logistics team for timely material dispatches.
 Communicate with clients to acknowledge complaints, schedule visits, and share
updates.
 Assist in preparing maintenance plans, AMC reports, and performance
summaries.
 Support compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and service quality
standards.
