Job description :
Lead a team to assist customers in resolving equipment-related troubleshooting and schedule maintenance.
Maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair).
Generate revenue through parts sales and service schemes, both via dealers and direct customer contact.
Provide technical and motivational training to dealer teams to enhance work efficiency.
Organize field training sessions for operators and customers, focusing on daily maintenance, safety, and improving operational skills.
Manage warranty settlements and ensure stock availability at dealer locations.
Coordinate with vendors such as Cummins, Volvo, Eaton, and others to address product and service-related issues.
