Handholding of new joiner through OJT.
Understand the needs of training by TNI provided by quality team
Coordination with content team for designing content as per the tele sales requirement
Conduct refresher training as per TNI shared by quality team
Ensure met compliance and regulations requirement
Build the process to check the effectiveness the training
Circulate updated MIS to all stakeholder
Drive education series on product, process and ops so that it will increase the productivity of the caller and issuance rate.
