Job Title: B2C Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on domestic and international travel destinations, packages, and services.
- Generate sales leads and convert them into bookings by effectively showcasing the value of our travel offerings.
- Handle counter sales, phone inquiries, and email requests with efficiency and enthusiasm.
- Stay updated on the latest travel industry trends, products, and services to provide informed guidance to customers.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a sales role with a travel company is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, packages, and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for travel and a passion for helping customers create memorable journeys.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
