We have urgent vacancy for Sales Manager with leading NBFC Company

Required :

Experience :2+year in sales of LAP,SME Loan

CTC : UP to5.5LPA

Job Responsibility:

1. Responsible for origination of Loan Proposals (LAP).
2. Responsible for evaluating the proposal in line with Company Credit Policy
3. Responsible for logging in positive proposals in the system
4. Responsible for collections from Overdue Customers
5. Assists Risk and Credit teams in Portfolio Risk Management.
6. Meets Monthly, Quarterly and Annual targets assigned.
7. Manages Channel Partners and other external stakeholders
8. Produces new revenue by conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluates customer needs.
9. Actively generates new leads through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals.
10. Develops relationships with prospects and recommend solutions by tactfully selling secured loans.
11. Builds and maintains long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
12. Leads and coordinates contract negotiations for a successful close, and handles complaints or objections.
13. Creates frequent reviews and reports by analyzing and summarizing sales & financial data.
14. Ensures the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
15. Gathers feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
16. Collaborates with team members to achieve better results
