Urgent Hiring For Assistant Engineer– Quality Assurance/Quality Control

Rajkot

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements for new product
development projects.
 Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance
with industry standards and regulations.
 Review product design specifications, test plans, and validation protocols to identify
potential quality issues.
 Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate quality risks during the
development process.
 Perform quality inspections and audits at key stages of the product development lifecycle.
 Analyze and report on quality metrics and key performance indicators to track project
progress and identify areas for improvement.
 Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality issues and drive
continuous improvement.
 Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance best practices and
standards.
 Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a new product development
environment.
 Strong understanding of quality management systems, standards, and regulatory
requirements.
 Experience with quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma.
 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
 Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
 Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to ensuring product quality and reliability.
