Essential Areas of Knowledge / Skills:
He should have hands on experience in greenfield and brownfield project for sterile Injectable manufacturing facility with exposure of isolator technology & additional if vaccine manufacturing

Essential Computer Skills: SAP /ERP/MS office /routine computer work.

Major Job Responsibilities :
Being a green field project ,he will be part team for production department equipment’s URS and qualification documents preparation.
He will be Part of team for reviewed of technical documents for production department equipment’s.
He will be part team for production and packing equipment’s qualification and ensure it will be completed within define timelines.
He will be part of team for preparation of production and packing departments Documents and SOP for execution of Qualification activities.
He will be taking follow up with production equipment vendors for required technical documents which will be useful for qualification activity.
He will Reporting of plant near miss / unsafe condition / accident / incident to plant head.
He will be involved in production and packing equipment placement and installation at project site.
He will be involved at project site from production department for various project related activity.
He will take follow up with multiple production and packing line vendors for required supportive documents and verification for correctness for technical documents
He will be monitor the project related civil work for production and packing area and ensure the compliance as per approved layout .
He will arrange the meetings at plant site with multiple vendors for technical discussion.
He will prepare all required documents form production and packing department for multiple statutory approvals.exposure in regulatory audits.
