Roles:
• Lead the design and development of component, ensuring they meet functional requirements and design specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize part design for performance, manufacturability and cost effectiveness.
• Spearhead the ideation and implementation of new part development projects
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new part initiatives
• Oversee the planning and design of plant layout to optimize workflow efficiency and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with facility team to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
• Manage the design and implementation of fixture for manufacturing processes.
• Build and lead a cross functional team including designers, engineers and project manager
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of part designs, new part development, plant layout and fixture.
• Monitor and control project budgets resource and timelines
• Provide technical guidance on part design, new part development and fixture design
• Stay abreast of advancements in process engineering and integrant relevant technologies into project
• Collaborate with stakeholders including manufacturing, quality assurance and supply chain teams
• Ensure seamless integration of part designs and fixtures into the overall manufacturing process.
• Knowledge about SAP, Excel, PPT.
