Urgent Hiring Executive - PPC

Rajkot

Develop, maintain, and communicate production schedules to ensure timely and efficient
execution of manufacturing operations.
2. Collaborate with various departments, including production, procurement, and logistics, to gather
information and inputs for production planning.
3. Analyze demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory levels to optimize production
schedules and resource allocation.
4. Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays; take proactive
measures to address issues and minimize disruptions.
5. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components needed for
production.
6. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, production output, and material consumption;
reconcile discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed.
7. Utilize production planning software and tools to support planning activities and generate reports
for management review.
8. Participate in cross-functional meetings to review production performance, discuss challenges,
and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
9. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production planning and
control processes.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to production planning
and control.
11. Proven experience in production planning and control, preferably in a manufacturing
environment.
12. Proficiency in using production planning software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a
plus

14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
across departments.
15. Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in planning and execution.
16. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing
environment
17.. Experience with capacity planning, material requirements planning (MRP), and inventory
management techniques.
