Experience : 3+Year in Pharma/Chemical co.

Education : Diploma/BE Mechanical

Job Responsibilities:
Day to day maintenance of equipments
 Through knowledge of Parma equipments
 Trouble shooting of the equipments like SS, GL reactors,
ANFD, Centrifuges, ATD, steam jets, water jets, pumps etc
 Enquiry of spares, indenting and follow up with purchase
 Knowledge in water chiller, brine chiller, DG ,RO and boiler
 Carry out the documentations such as qualifications, re-
qualifications, PM schedule, checklist, SOP, calibration,
validation etc
 Preparation of monthly utility consumption report
 Keeping the critical spares for maintenance works
 Erection of new equipments in the facility
 Electrical basic knowledge will be advantage
 Carry out civil works in the site
 Knowledge of MEE and ETP
 Carry out the preventive maintenance activity on daily basis
as per the schedule
 Preparation of shift schedule for maintenance and touch
with team whenever required
 Carry out the pressure vessel and lifting devices
certification by third party

 Knowledge in solvent recovery plant
 Support to the QC, R&D equipments whenever required
 Knowledge in scrubber system
 Knowledge in water ring vacuum pumps
 Knowledge in fabrication of pipe lines and structure
 Knowledge in the gearboxes
 Knowledge in DG will be added advantage
 Knowledge in glass condensers and glass vapor columns
 Good attitude and result oriented work required
