Preparation of Sales target/ AOP/Projection
Attainment of monthly and annual sales targets
Sustain existing business at all customer locations
Site team management and focus on team’s development.
Maintaining treatment KPIs
Customer relationship management. Develop and sustain long term relationship with customer.
Manage dispatch of material.
Monitoring of stocks and managing inventories
Review of AR and timely collection of Payment.
Customer reports and internal reports preparation and submission to be ensured.
Timely/Regular review with customer on performance.
Maintain site team strength.
Coordination with DK TS team ensuring consumption tracking, avoid penalty etc.
