FNF data provide to concern department & followup.
Responsible for overall employee engagement involving salary grievances,
resolving queries, discussing employee suggestion with management etc.
Conducting exit interviews for resigned employees.
Organizing various employee welfare events - theme based festival celebration,
picnics, birthday & work anniversaries celebrations, occasional lunches etc.
Spreading awareness among employees of HR policies, other policies and
Annual Maintenance Contractors - Air Conditioner, EPABX Machine, Xerox Machine,
PVT. Contractors – Pest Controls, Carpentry Work, Sanitary Work, Electrical work,
Maintain & proper arrangements of all important files.
Supervising daily housekeeping related work.
