Experience:Should have thorough understanding of terminology, methods and best practices in human resources. Should have worked in a Manufacturing / Chemical company and have managed 200-400 manpower.
CTC: UPto 14 LPA
Industry:Chemical/Petrochemical

Job responsibilities:
Put the organisation’s talent and human resources strategy into action. Make, review and implement policies and processes to ensure compliance with central, state, and local employment laws, regulations. Determine and recommend changes to internal standards of conduct, such as team restructuring and morale boosting. Perform necessary HR generalist and admin related functions. Provide guidance and assistance to management and other personnel as needed.
