We have urgent hiring for the post of Executive Customer Support with leading Electrical Manufacturing Company @ Pune
Designation : Executive Customer Support
Qualification :BE / MSc in Electronics / Instrumentation
Experience :2+Year in same field
CTC : Best in industry
Location : Pune(Khedshivapur)
Job Responsibilities :
Handling of team of Customer Support Engineers of all over India along with
their visit planning. Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Logging of all Customer complaints. Analyzing data of site failures. Technical
support (On call / through email ) to customers as well as our Customer Support
Engineers to solve technical issues. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to
customers. Should able to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal. Properly
escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
Good knowledge of testing of Electronic & Electromechanical Instruments
along. Must be able to lead team and have good communication skill with sound
knowledge of Excel for reporting. Must knows products like Level / flow /
Pressure / Temperature Instrumentation.
