We have urgent hiring for AM - DM – Customer Quality for Manufacturing Company @ Rajkot
Designation : AM - DM – Customer Quality
Department:Central Quality & TPM
Qualification:Diploma/B.Tech Mechanical
Experience:5-7 Years
CTC :upto 7 LPA
Location :Rajkot
Roles:
• Handle customer complaint with analytical approach / Customer CSR.
• Attend warranty meeting at customer end.
• Warranty claim joint investigation.
• Review CSR, customer portal, score card & record the data, in case of impact on the scorecard analyze the reason and keep data of improvements.
• Carried out special audit respect to the customer complaints / higher rejections.
• Monitoring internal rejection and carried out action to reduce the PPM.
• Establish Poka-yoke & fixture to prevent the occurrence of defect.
• Review PFMEA, define actions for the top rated RPN & refer lesson learn to establish new product FMEA.
• Prepare APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, CSR documents with support of CFT team.
• Prepare control plan, SOP, standard for the new development’s parts.
• Evaluate external internal change request with systematic procedure and keep updated to customer (4M change).
• Monitor customer specific requirements and provide on time and follow in process.
• Systematically review and revert to customer in case of any non-conformity observe at customer end. (8D / CAPA)
• Prepare self-assessment of the customer audit check list, establish required system as per customer check sheet & answer while the customer audits.
• Assist customer for the CSR and any support required related to the product.
• Co-ordinate with customer for audit requirements and carried preparation as well front face while the process / shop floor audits.
• Face system / process /product / PPAP /certification audit. Well experience of OEM customer audit.
• Handling customer portal for the PPAP, inspection report as well
