We have urgent hiring for the post of Executive Technology Site with leading MNC chemical Manufacturing Company @ Mundra

Designation: Executive Technology Site
Qualification: B.tech.M.Tech Chemical
Experience:4+Year experience in similar industry and role
Location:Mundra (Kutch Gujarat)
Skills:Good analytical ability, Good at Communication, Well versed with equipment design, etc.

Job responsibilities:
a) Basic & Details Engineering
b) P&ID , PFD preparation & review,
c) Calculation , Selection & design : Pump Hydraulic Calculation , Heat Exchanger, Distillation Column, Scrubber , Absorber , Vacuum Pump, Reactor & Storage Vessel/Tank.
d) Selection & Sizing : Control Valve , Flow meter , TT , PT , PSV/ SRV , RD, Breather Valve & BPRV
e) Day to Day monitoring of parameters to identify scope for improvement, debottlenecking opportunity, Troubleshooting, Identification of process deviations etc.
f) Execution of scale up projects from pilot to plant scale as per the timeline agreed maintaining operational efficiency & safety standards
g) Review of technical documents during project implementation from Plant side and clear specifications. Participate in Hazop studies.
h) Preparation and review of plant SOPs as per project assigned .
i) Prepare of efficiency reports inclusive of RM and utility.
j) Technical troubleshooting of process deviation in plant assigned and come out with CAPA for the same.
k) Improve solvent / byproducts recovery norms. Also improve effluent processing cost per kg product.
