Branch Relationship Manager (BRM)
Grade: M3 – Manager
- Developing new and expanding existing High Net worth Customer
(HNI) relationships for liabilities by sourcing customers.
- Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and
- Cross-sells bank products to the existing set of Branch customers which
- Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further
expand the banking relationship.
- Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
- Responsible for NTB acquisition of customers.
- Responsible for successfully contacting 20 customers per day.
- Responsible for meeting 4 customers/ prospects per day.
- Responsible for 2 product sales (CASA, TD, SIP, MF, Insurance, Gold,
Demat, Asset, Gift Card etc.) per day.
- Should have direct sales experience & orientation.
- Portfolio Management.
- Customer retention.
- Cost efficiency through the process.
- Immense interest in developing a relationship with the customers.
- Minimum work exp.- 2-4 year
- Maximum Age Limit - 32 years
Candidate from Banking, Insurance, Stockbroking, NBFC will be prefered.
Note - Candidate Must have basic knowledge of Banking products & Role
which he applied for.
Qualification: Must be a Graduate
