Scanning Coordinator
1. We are ideally looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience any field in Back Office & MIS & Documentation Executive or freshers wanting to make a career in Home Loans.
2. Qualification: Any degree (Graduate)
Salary: 2.5 Lac per annum
Job Description:
Scanning of Files.
Coordination with Company vertical in disbursement process.
Coordination with Administration department for office -requirements.
Maintain documents and files related to Vendor bills and technical visit reports.
MIS preparation & Maintenance.
At the time of serial number generation you have to ensure 100% correct data entry and the following fields must be double checked:
a. Spelling mistake
b. Pan card number
c. BSA details to be cross checked
d. Place of origin to be crosschecked.
e. Co applicant details to be added
Clearing the case from Pan OK stage.
Scan the entire file irrespective of even the minimum documents being complete or not.
He or She will be part of the Credit Team, Should have some experience in data entry with good typing speed.
