Designation: Assistant Sales Regional Manager (ASRM) With Leading NBFC
CTC: Best in Industry (depends on experience & current salary)
Team Size (to be handled): 5+managers and 60+ sales executives
ASRM will be responsible for meeting team targets, employee retention and achieving efficiency of assigned geography, employees and sources while keeping the team motivated and engaged.
Team Management and Development
Implementation of geography mapping / Expansion of geography
Project Approvals for the entire team/location
Resolve disbursement related issues
BSA approvals for the team / location
Lead Management System (LMS) strategy meeting
Town Hall meetings
Company related relationship with BD Team, BM and technical team
Desired Candidate Profile:
Should be an MBA or Post Graduate in Marketing / Finance with an inclination towards sales
Should have 12 to 15+ years work experience in BFSI sector (preferably home loans)
Should have at least 5 years work experience in team handling (must have handled minimum of 30 sales executives)
