Position Title: Regional Sales Manager
Experience: Should have at least 6 years’ experience of sales with at least 2 years’ experience in leading teams.The incumbent also preferably needs to have knowledge of group product sales in the insurance parlance.
Education: Min Graduation
CTC: Best in Industry
Reports To: Vertical Head/National Head, Supervises: KAMs
Dual responsibility of direct sourcing as well as team management.
-Interact with Tata Capital’s cluster head & employees of branches mapped directly
-Manage KAMs mapped to him to help them achieve sales targets
-Ensure achievement of attachment targets
-Ensure persistency & productivity is maintained, Ensure quality of recruits hired in the team, maintain & drive compliance at the zone.
