Job Description:
- Shall be responsible in developing & leading a team of BMs who in-turn handle RMs/BSMs
- Shall be responsible for building & managing the APF portfolio of the location.
- Must have experience of sourcing business from Builders and under construction projects.
- Must have exposure to handling large teams.
- Should drive new Initiatives to build the book
- Taking care of Teams Productivity and business.
- Achieving the Area targets.
- Manage both internal & external channel for business expansion & development
- Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases
are put up for approval.

Required Skills:
- Good Communication.
- Customer Orientation.
- Positive Approach.
- Confident.
- Good Administrative Skill

Required Experience:
- Experience in Home Loan / LAP through Builder segment / APF
- Should have had exposure of Approved Project Financing
- Should have handled a team of Branch Managers under him/her

Experience	5 - 10 Years
Salary	12 Lac To 18 Lac P.A.
